About Me

I live at the intersection of psychology, public health, and technology—helping people and systems thrive through insight, alignment, and innovation.

For the past 12 years, I have served as a strategic healthcare leader, driving Canadian health system transformation across government, hospitals, and healthcare technology. Along the way, I’ve built digital products from the ground up, navigated federal health policy, and led cross-sector collaborations all with the goal of improving the way people access and experience healthcare.

My academic path began in neuroscience and public health, and now continues in clinical psychology. As a student psychotherapist, I draw on my past educational and professional experiences to understand the mind in the context of the various forces that shape our wellbeing: from housing and work to community and culture.

As a student psychotherapist, I work from an integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach, helping clients navigate acute distress, burnout, chronic illness, and life transitions. My professional background and my identity as a South Asian immigrant woman enables me to especially relate to the experiences of immigrants, first-generation Canadians, and professionals in high-pressure environments.

I believe growth happens when we meet challenges with courage, compassion, curiosity, and clarity on our values. I look forward to being a part of your journey towards growth.
